A Better Experience for You: Release 3.6.3

You will agree with me that it has been a while since we have informed you of any major update on the platform. But it is not because we have not been working behind the scenes. Actually, we are always working on how to improve your experience on our platform, expand our music collection and offer tools you can leverage to advance your music career. 

Today, I have the pleasure of informing you of the update we have made to the home page. There are literally thousands of songs of different genres and artists on the platform. And we know it can be quite a trouble to filter through and discover new songs or artists on the platform. The update on the home page is all about helping you discover and experience what you probably would not have searched for.

So here is what’s new 

Artist Category 

This category suggests artists based on the current music trends and the activity of other listeners on Epoh Music. You can call it our own top artist list. From this category, you can click on any of the artists and explore their albums and feature songs without going to the artist page to search first. Who knows, you might discover your new favourite song in the process.

From here, you can even explore other artists featured in their songs or that featured them in their songs.  

Alte Category 

Alte is a new genre of music that is disrupting the airwave. It is unconventional but pleasing to the ears. If you have not been listening to or following this genre, you most likely won't know who or what to search for. But we have fixed that for you. This category suggests new and trending Alte songs from the masters of this genre. Alte is one of our recommended genres for 2022, so it’s only right that we have it on the homepage ready for you to explore.

When you become an Alte fan, which we believe is very likely, remember to give us credit o!

High on Thrills 

This category contains in-house playlists created for you to enjoy. There are currently four playlists created to suit different moods. Trust me, there is nothing like finding the perfect playlist to go with the moment. The feeling is heavenly. 

Now, this won’t be the last you’ll be hearing from us on feature updates. We have something big coming up, no spoilers but artists and DJs, it is going to blow your mind. Watch this space!
