Nigerian superstar Wizkid, known for his chart-topping hits and global influence in the music industry, recently shared an intriguing insight into his life outside of music.
In a candid interview with Adesope, the Essence hitmaker revealed that if he hadn’t pursued a music career, he would have likely been on the football field.
"If I wasn't doing music, I'd be playing football. I used to play for my school team back then."
Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, expressed his love for football, a passion he has carried since childhood.
However, he made it clear that he might not have a successful soccer career as he finds it difficult to wake up early in the morning.
